Program Description
1. The primary goal of this program is to strengthen students’ fundamental academic abilities and professional technical training. In line with the current status and future trends of information and communication products, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, as well as the development of communication technology and digital multimedia. 2. In the field of information technology, the department is centered on the applications of artificial intelligence (AI), with courses covering topics such as machine learning and generative AI. Several faculty members hold national-level certifications in artificial intelligence. In the field of communications, the department focuses on 5G communication measurement, offering courses that include the Internet of Things (IoT), Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), and related subjects, and is equipped with a nationally certified RF antenna measurement laboratory. 3. The curriculum emphasizes cultivating advanced information and communication engineering professionals with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The program objectives are as follows: (1) To cultivate professionals in radio communication. (2) To cultivate professionals in information applications. (3) To cultivate professionals in signal processing. (4) To cultivate ICT professionals with innovative learning abilities.
